CANCELLATIONS: 

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped by calling us at +91-9310497162 or by writing to us at onlnie@brunomanetti.in.

We ship the orders within 1 day of the date of receiving an order, hence cancellation is allowed only till 3 hours from the time of placing an order.

Once order is dispatched, we cannot cancel the order.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN IT IS DISPATCHED?

No, you can not cancel your order once the order is dispatched. You can only return the order once you receive it. In case of COD order is to be returned for refund, the Cash on Delivery or Shipping charges shall not be refunded. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you. However, you can choose to request our return or replacement services. Please look into  https://bruno-manetti.shiprocket.co/ to place return/exchange request.

REFUNDS: 

Your full refund ( postage as per above ) will be processed within 10-12 working days of us receiving the product within the stipulated 5 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. 

A full refund for prepaid orders shall be done in the source account or Store Credit while that of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be done via Store Credit, UPI or Bank Account only.  

In case your product fails to reach us within the time or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.
